Co-Founder & CEO
Jaume is the co-founder and CEO of Quantum Ventures. He is a member of the firm's Board and is active in all lines of business. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of Quantum Partners and a member of the Board of several of the companies in our portfolio.
Jaume brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the international real estate sector, alternative investments, media and deep technology space, advising and assisting industry leaders in Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East on approach to long-term market trends. Throughout his career, Jaume has led numerous strategic, operational and transformation projects and has held interim executive and advisory positions in different functions. For the past four years, Jaume has been identifying and seizing significant opportunities at the intersection of the increasingly overlapping quantum physics industries. He assisted technical and technological players in their internationalization efforts, as well as defining innovative business models and partnerships around the world.
Jaume's professional experience is complemented by experience in M&A transactions and private equity in both developed and emerging markets. Jaume is also an investor and director of The Embassy of Arts, the first Swiss multi-platform art media company launched in Zug in partnership with international operators from the art world.
Before co-founding Quantum Ventures, Jaume was a partner in multi-sector groups in Africa and the Middle East.
Jaume received a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in economics. He speaks Catalan, Spanish and is a conversationalist in French and Italian. He is a music lover, the sailing, the mountain, the bitcoin and a contemporary art collector.

She is responsible for the general operations management and control of the Quantum Ventures Group from her position, as Chief Operations Office.
Marta holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona as well as a Masters degree in Finance from the Centre d'Estudis Internacionals of Barcelona (CEI). In 2011, she joined the Barcelona Stock Exchange as a Market Analyst and was part of the supervision team of the UIFAND (Principality of Andorra) as a financial analyst, participating among others in the 41st plenary of Moneyval as a financial expert. Marta managed several alternative Investment Funds in Gibraltar and the United Kingdom.
She speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and a little German.
